Terms

By using Asierta, you accept these terms of use. Please read them carefully.

The service

Asierta is a free prediction game with no monetary stake, provided "as is". We strive to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to respect other players.
• Any fraudulent behaviour may lead to account suspension.

Picks and ranking

Picks are locked at each match's kick-off. Points are computed automatically per the scoring on the Rules page.

Intellectual property

The brand, the name "Asierta", the logo and the interface are protected. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Asierta is a friendly game with no financial stake: we cannot be held liable for disputes between players in the same group, nor for a temporary service interruption. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will, failing an amicable resolution, be submitted to the competent courts.

Changes

We may amend these terms; any substantial change will be flagged on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
